Step out of the city life by going to Jockey's Ridge State Park and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Visit Currituck Beach and Carova Beach for some beach relaxation. Venture out of the city with trips to Corolla (Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Museum, Off-Road Tours, &more), Buxton (Canadian Hole & Cape Hatteras Lighthouse) and Frisco Beach (in Frisco). The adventure continues: take a leisurely stroll along Jennette's Pier, enjoy the sand and surf at Salvo Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, and enjoy the sea views from Bodie Island Lighthouse.
