Start off your visit on the 29th (Sat): see the interesting displays at USS Midway Museum and then examine the collection at Maritime Museum of San Diego. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 1st (Sun): enjoy the sand and surf at La Jolla Cove, then enjoy the sand and surf at Children's Pool, then immerse yourself in nature at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, and finally contemplate the waterfront views at Scripps Institute of Oceanography Coastal Reserve.
