7 days in Sevierville, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge Itinerary

Lying at the foothills of the Great Smokies, Sevierville is a friendly tourist town with plenty of Southern charm.

Kick off your visit on the 21st (Sat): stop by Sweet Peas & Ivy and then take an unforgettable tour with a helicopter tour. Detroit to Sevierville is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and car. Plan for somewhat warmer temperatures traveling from Detroit in March, with highs in Sevierville at 60°F and lows at 39°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 22nd (Sun) early enough to go by car to Gatlinburg.

A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies."
