Estes Park — 2 nights

More than just a convenient resting place for travelers on their way to the national park encompassing the Front Range of the Rockies, Estes Park is a popular place to visit in its own right.
On the 18th (Wed), stop by Brownfield's, then tee off at Estes Park Golf Course, and then take an exotic tour of Estes Park Guided Tours. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 19th (Thu): contemplate the waterfront views at Sprague Lake, explore the activities along Sky Pond, and then take in the dramatic scenery at Alberta Falls.
