Sightseeing in Waco offers many possibilities in a medium-sized town on the Brazos River in central Texas.You'll find plenty of places to visit near Waco: Fossil Rim Wildlife Center (in Glen Rose) and The Clifton Whipple Truss Bridge (in Clifton). One of the country's most popular shopping destinations, Dallas and its sprawling suburbs include more shopping centers per capita than any other urban center in America.Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Wed): take in nature's colorful creations at Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, then see the interesting displays at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, and then pause for some photo ops at John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza.
