7 days in Wisconsin Dells Itinerary

Named after a nearby scenic gorge famous for its steep sandstone formations, Wisconsin Dells features more than 20 water parks, making it one of the most popular vacation areas in this region.

Visiting Zipline and Governor Dodge State Park will get you outdoors. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Wilderness Territory and Laser Warfare. Explore Wisconsin Dells' surroundings by going to Wollersheim Winery & Distillery (in Prairie du Sac), Parfrey's Glen State Natural Area (in Baraboo) and Elroy-Sparta State Trail (in Elroy). Plan for a day of cool, family-friendly fun on the 30th (Sun) at Noah's Ark Water Park. There's still lots to do: look for all kinds of wild species at International Crane Foundation, stop by Market Square Cheese, have some family-friendly fun at VR Universe, and browse the eclectic array of goods at Country Bumpkin Farm Market.
