Situated on the north bank of the Ohio River, Cincinnati distinguished itself as the only U.S. city that left a favorable impression on one of its most famous 19th-century visitors, English author Charles Dickens.
You've added Mount Adams, American Sign Museum, Smale Riverfront Park, and other attractions to your itinerary. Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Wed): explore the world behind art at Contemporary Arts Center and then don't miss a visit to Fountain Square. On the 24th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: walk around Smale Riverfront Park, then see the interesting displays at American Sign Museum, and then stop by Mount Adams.

Frankfort — 2 nights

Frankfort is the capital city of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the seat of Franklin County. Your list of things to see and do now includes Switzer Covered Bridge, Josephine Sculpture Park, The Grand Theatre, and other attractions. On the 25th (Fri), catch a live performance at The Grand Theatre, then get a sense of history and politics at New Capitol Building, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Coolmore America - Ashford Stud, and finally view the masterpieces at Josephine Sculpture Park. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 26th (Sat): see the interesting displays at Rebecca Ruth Candy Tours & Museum, then make a trip to Floral Clock, then relax in the rural setting at Sun Valley Farm, and finally go for a walk through Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Known internationally as the "Horse Capital of the World," Lexington boasts a thriving economy resting largely on its thoroughbred racehorse industry.
