Rich in museums, restaurants, shops, and historical sites, Boston attracts over 16 million visitors each year. New England's largest and most influential city, Boston ranks among the world's major centers of education and culture.
Step out of the city life by going to Charles River Esplanade and Blue Hills Trailside Museum. Head to Faneuil Hall Marketplace and Newbury Streetfor some retail therapy. Venture out of the city with trips to Lake Quannapowitt (in Wakefield) and Cochituate State Park (in Natick). Spend a day of island exploring on the 3rd (Wed) at Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area. There's much more to do: explore the world behind art at Museum of Fine Arts, explore the wealth of natural beauty at Adams National Historical Park, take an in-depth tour of USS Constitution Museum, and explore and take pictures at Fenway Park.
