Worcester to Hilton Head is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus, train, and taxi. When traveling from Worcester in April, plan for a bit warmer days in Hilton Head, with highs around 74°F, while nights are much hotter with lows around 59°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Sat) so you can fly back home.
