Lihue or Līhue is an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP) and the county seat of Kauai County, Hawaii. Your day by day itinerary now includes Kayaking & Canoeing as well as Scuba & Snorkeling. Do your shopping at Poipu Shopping Village and Princeville Center. Get out of town with these interesting Lihue side-trips: Waimea (Polihale State Park & Waimea Canyon State Park), Spas (in Poipu) and Hanalei Beach (in Hanalei). There's much more to do: see the world from above with a helicopter tour, admire the sheer force of Opaekaa Falls, enjoy the sand and surf at Hanalei Bay, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Kalapaki Beach.
