A busy city on the Gulf Coast, Biloxi is one of the nation's oldest communities, first settled by Europeans in 1699.
Start off your visit on the 27th (Sat): enjoy the sea views from Biloxi Lighthouse. Here are some ideas for day two: look for all kinds of wild species at Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge, then contemplate the long history of Beauvoir, and then kick back and relax at Biloxi Beach.

Kick off your visit on the 30th (Tue): identify plant and animal life at Clark Creek Natural Area, then contemplate the long history of Longwood, and then steep yourself in history at Stanton Hall.
