Jefferson City

Jefferson City is the capital of the State of Missouri and the fifteenth most populous city in the state. On the 18th (Sat), whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, do a tasting at Stone Hill Winery, and then steep yourself in history at Missouri State Penitentiary. On the 19th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get engrossed in the history at The National Churchill Museum, learn about winemaking at Adam Puchta Winery, then steep yourself in history at Missouri State Capitol, and finally admire the majestic nature at Rock Bridge Memorial State Park.
