Wichita Falls to Santa Fe is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. You can also drive. The time zone changes from Central Standard Time to Mountain Standard Time, which is usually a -1 hour difference. Traveling from Wichita Falls in June, expect slightly colder with lows of 56°F in Santa Fe. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Mon) so you can travel to Albuquerque.

Albuquerque remains one of the state's secret jewels, as its tourist attractions are often overshadowed by the more popular holiday destination of Santa Fe.
Kick off your visit on the 18th (Tue): take in the spiritual surroundings of San Felipe de Neri Church, get to know the fascinating history of Albuquerque Old Town, and then engage your brain at Explora Science Center and Children's Museum of Albuquerque.

You can take a bus from Santa Fe to Albuquerque in an hour. Other options are to drive; or take a train. Traveling from Santa Fe in June, plan for a bit warmer nights in Albuquerque, with lows around 64°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Tue) early enough to drive to Alamogordo.
