Center of Fun in the Smokies

A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies." Just a short drive from the national park protecting the diverse plant and animal life of the Great Smoky Mountains, the town features numerous places to visit, such as bars, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and shops.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Titanic Museum Attraction and Old Forge Distillery. Head to The Old Mill Candy Kitchen and Lidl Dollys Factory Storefor plenty of shopping. Next up on the itinerary: sample the fine beverages at Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine, get your game on at The Escape Game Pigeon Forge, learn about winemaking at Mill Bridge Winery, and whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks.

To find other places to visit, traveler tips, photos, and more tourist information, you can read our Pigeon Forge road trip website.

In July in Pigeon Forge, expect temperatures between 87°F during the day and 69°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Sat) early enough to travel back home.
