Poipū is a census-designated place in Kauai County on the southern side of the island of Kauai in the U.S. Kids will enjoy Poipu Beach Park and Shipwreck Beach. Step out of Poipu to go to Waimea and see Waimea Canyon State Park, which is approximately 56 minutes away. There's lots more to do: explore the striking landscape at Spouting Horn, enjoy the sand and surf at Baby Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Tunnels Beach, and browse the different shops at Poipu Shopping Village.
