You can fly from Isla de Vieques to Culebra in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry. In July, daily temperatures in Culebra can reach 90°F, while at night they dip to 80°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 17th (Mon) early enough to fly to San Juan.

Step out of San Juan to go to El Yunque National Forest and see El Yunque National Forest, which is approximately 1h 10 min away.
