Founded by the Spanish in 1521, San Juan is the oldest city under U.S.
When in San Juan, make a side trip to see El Yunque Rain Forest in El Yunque National Forest, approximately El Yunque National Forest away. There's lots more to do: appreciate the extensive heritage of Old San Juan, enjoy the sand and surf at Condado Beach, zoom along the surf with a waterskiing or jet-skiing adventure, and appreciate the history behind Plaza de Colon.
