Named for the restorative mineral springs in the area, Saratoga Springs began its life as a resort town.
Your inner history buff will appreciate Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home and Hancock Shaker Village. Visiting Saratoga Spa State Park and Saratoga National Historical Park will get you outdoors. Get out of town with these interesting Saratoga Springs side-trips: Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site (in Cornish), Ozzie's Glass Gallery (in Lee) and Norman Rockwell Museum (in Stockbridge). There's lots more to do: try your luck at Saratoga Race Course, get a new perspective on nature at New York State Museum, and stroll around Congress Park.

Oklahoma City, known to many as the "Big Friendly," represents the political, cultural, and economic engine of the state of Oklahoma.
Popular historic sites such as Henry Overholser Mansion and St. Joseph Old Cathedral are in your itinerary.
