Cashiers is a census-designated place and unincorporated village located in southern Jackson County, North Carolina. Take a break from Cashiers with a short trip to Gorges State Park in Sapphire, about 30 minutes away. There's much more to do: take in the dramatic scenery at Dry Falls, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Whiteside Mountain, look for gifts at Cashiers Farmers Market, and stroll around Sunset Rock and Ravenel Park.

Kick off your visit on the 27th (Tue): learn about winemaking at Cherokee Cellars Winery, try to win big at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino, then putt your heart out at Bear Creek Adventures Mini Golf and Gem Mining, then don't miss a visit to Fields of the Wood, and finally take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Black & White Market.
