You can drive from Kanab to Zion National Park in 2 hours. In March in Zion National Park, expect temperatures between 64°F during the day and 30°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 8th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Bryce Canyon National Park.

Traveling from Zion National Park in March, things will get a bit cooler in Bryce Canyon National Park: highs are around 49°F and lows about 20°F. You'll have a few hours on the 10th (Wed) to wrap things up before traveling home.
