Traveling by car from Spokane to Coeur d'Alene takes an hour. Alternatively, you can take a bus. In September in Coeur d'Alene, expect temperatures between 72°F during the day and 47°F at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 16th (Fri) to allow enough time to fly back home.
