8 days in Stowe Itinerary

Bring the kids along to Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel and Off-Road Tours. Venture out of the city with trips to Mount Pemigewasset (in Lincoln), Franconia (The Basin at Franconia Notch State Park & New England Ski Museum) and Quechee Gorge (in Quechee). There's still lots to do: fly down the slopes at Stowe Mountain Resort, stroll through Stowe Mountain Resort Cross-Country Touring Center, trek along Stowe Recreation Path, and cool off at Jay Peak Pump House.
