Old Pueblo

One of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country, Tucson is a city on a cultural crossroads, with European, Native American, Mexican, and Asian residents blending and sometimes conflicting with one another.
You've added Houston's Horseback Riding, El Conquistador Golf and Tennis, Fleur de Tucson Balloon Tours, and other attractions to your itinerary. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Catalina State Park and Ventana Canyon Hiking Trail. Step out of the city life by going to Colossal Cave Mountain Park and Tumacacori National Historical Park. Step out of Tucson with an excursion to Picacho Peak State Park in Picacho--about 1h 5 min away. Next up on the itinerary: take in breathtaking views at Madera Canyon, take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Augustine Cathedral, identify plant and animal life at Tucson Mountain Park, and make a trip to Vista Sun Wheel.
