A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies." Just a short drive from the national park protecting the diverse plant and animal life of the Great Smoky Mountains, the town features numerous places to visit, such as bars, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and shops.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Parrot Mountain & Gardens as well as Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction. Kick off your visit on the 25th (Mon): whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, walk around Chimneys Picnic Area, then take in nature's colorful creations at Parrot Mountain & Gardens, and finally take in a show at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction. On your second day here, get in on the family fun at Dollywood.
