Expect cooler temperatures when traveling from San Diego in February; daily highs in Yosemite National Park reach 48°F and lows reach 18°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Sat) so you can travel to South Lake Tahoe.

Getting from Yosemite National Park to South Lake Tahoe by bus takes about 6.5 hours. Expect a daytime high around 47°F in February, and nighttime lows around 22°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Mon) early enough to drive to Monterey.
