Big D

One of the country's most popular shopping destinations, Dallas and its sprawling suburbs include more shopping centers per capita than any other urban center in America.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Caldwell Zoo and Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center. Bring the kids along to New York Texas Zipline Adventures and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. Venture out of the city with trips to Van Zandt County Courthouse (in Canton), Tyler Rose Garden (in Tyler) and McKinney (Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary & North Texas Escape Rooms). There's still lots to do: make a trip to Top O'Hill Terrace, appreciate the history behind 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial, indulge in some personalized pampering at The Retreat Massage & Day Spa, and admire the natural beauty at Grapevine Botanical Garden.
