Deadwood — 4 nights

Deadwood is a city in South Dakota, United States, and the county seat of Lawrence County. Popular historic sites such as Mount Moriah Cemetery and Adams House are in your itinerary. Step off the beaten path and head to Black Hills Parrot Welfare & Education Center and Bear Butte State Park. The adventure continues: stroll the grounds of Black Hill National Cemetery, indulge in some personalized pampering at Stress Relief Massage of Deadwood, stop by Deadwood Distilling Company Shop, and do a tasting at Belle Joli Winery Sparkling House.

Generally considered to be the oldest town established by European Americans in the Black Hills, Custer began as a mining town.
Get outdoors at Sylvan Lake and Iron Mountain Road. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Black Elk Peak and Little Devil's Tower Trail. Go for a jaunt from Custer to Keystone to see Holy Terror Antiques about 30 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: explore the striking landscape at Needles Eye Tunnel, contemplate the waterfront views at Center Lake, cruise along Peter Norbeck Scenic Byway, and admire the majestic nature at Custer State Park.
