High Springs is a city in Alachua County, Florida, United States. Step out of the city life by going to Ichetucknee Springs State Park and Ginnie Springs. Museum-lovers will appreciate Cedar Key Historical Society Museum and Island Arts. Venture out of the city with trips to Chiefland (Dakotah Winery & Manatee Springs State Park), Williston (Devil's Den & Two Tails Ranch) and Cedar Key (Cedar Key Beach, Cedar Keyhole Artists Co-op & Gallery, & more). There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Dudley Farm Historic State Park, get engrossed in the history at High Springs Museum, admire the majestic nature at O'Leno State Park, and explore and take pictures at Retirement Home For Horses at Mill Creek Farm.

For where to stay, photos, and tourist information, read High Springs online travel planner .

In June, plan for daily highs up to 90°F, and evening lows to 70°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
