The Motor City

Founded in 1701 by a French explorer and adventurer, Detroit exerted a profound impact on the world for most of the 20th century.
Start off your visit on the 9th (Tue): admire the landmark architecture of The Guardian Building. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 10th (Wed): snap pictures at Veteran's Glass City Skyway, identify plant and animal life at Magee Marsh Wildlife Area, and then identify plant and animal life at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge.
