Most visitors take a trip to Nags Head to enjoy the beach, but this Outer Banks town offers more than just waterside entertainment.
Get out of town with these interesting Nags Head side-trips: Corolla (Back Country Safari Tours, Off-Road Tours, &more). Next up on the itinerary: immerse yourself in nature at Jockey's Ridge State Park, steep yourself in history at Wright Brothers National Memorial, glide through the air with a parasailing or paragliding tour, and enjoy the sea views from Bodie Island Lighthouse.

Deadwood is a city in South Dakota, United States, and the county seat of Lawrence County. Venture out of the city with trips to Devils Tower (Tower Trail & Devils Tower National Monument), Custer (Needles Eye Tunnel & Sylvan Lake) and Keystone (Breezy Point Picnic Area & Mount Rushmore National Memorial). There's still lots to do: explore the different monuments and memorials at Mount Moriah Cemetery, take an in-depth tour of Adams House, shop like a local with Scott Jacobs Studio, and pause for some photo ops at Mt Roosevelt Monument.
