Pocatello is the county seat and largest city of Bannock County, with a small portion on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation in neighboring Power County, in the southeastern part of the U.S. Venture out of the city with trips to Mesa Falls (in Ashton), Idaho Falls (Museum of Idaho, Snake River Greenbelt, & more) and Craters of the Moon National Monument (in Arco). There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Museum of Clean, take in the views from Perrine Bridge, find something for the whole family at Yellowstone Bear World, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Old Town.

Plan my trip to Pocatello with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

Tallahassee to Pocatello is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also drive. Traveling from Tallahassee to Pocatello, you'll gain 2 hours due to the time zone difference. In October, Pocatello is much colder than Tallahassee - with highs of 64°F and lows of 34°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Tue) to allow time to travel back home.
