Portland — 7 nights

A big city with a small-town feel, Portland is home to the country's biggest rose test garden, perched on a hill overlooking downtown.
Get in touch with nature at Willamette River Trail and Bridal Veil Falls. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Hoyt Arboretum and Winter's Hill Estate. Venture out of the city with trips to Newberg (Alexana Winery & Champoeg State Heritage Park), Dayton (Domaine Drouhin Oregon, Archery Summit Winery, &more) and Equestrian Wine Tours (in Carlton). And it doesn't end there: admire the majestic nature at Tryon Creek State Natural Area, visit Multnomah Village, wander the streets of Northwest (Nob Hill), and stroll through Portland Women's Forum State Scenic Viewpoint.
