A big city with a small-town feel, Portland is home to the country's biggest rose test garden, perched on a hill overlooking downtown.Satisfy your inner culture vulture at The Grotto - National Sanctuary of Our Sorrowful Mother and Portland Art Museum. Take a break from the city and head to Volcano Lands - Private Tours and Multnomah Falls. Go for a jaunt from Portland to Hood River to see Art on Oak about 1h 15 min away.
