Get some historical perspective at Old San Juan and Sitio Histórico de San Juan. Get outdoors at El Yunque Rain Forest and Pine Grove Beach. With much of Culebra a nature refuge, the tropical island has been protected from overdevelopment, chain hotels, and the cruise set.
Visiting Flamenco Beach and Zoni Beach will get you outdoors. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Tamarindo Beach and Playa Punta Soldado Beach. The adventure continues: step off the mainland to explore Culebrita Island and visit a coastal fixture at Culebrita Lighthouse.
