Mexican Hat is a census-designated place (CDP) on the San Juan River on the northern edge of the Navajo Nations borders in south-central San Juan County, Utah, United States. On the 6th (Mon), don't miss a visit to Forrest Gump Point, then take in the dramatic natural features at Valley of the Gods, and then make a trip to Mexican Hat Rock Formation. On the next day, explore the striking landscape at Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, then trek along Wildcat Trail, and then take a memorable drive along Moki Dugway.

Torrey is a town located on State Route 24 in Wayne County, Utah, United States, 8mi from Capitol Reef National Park. On the 8th (Wed), hike along Capitol Gorge Trail and then trek along Goosenecks Overlook. On the next day, contemplate the long history of Fruita Campground, then steep yourself in history at Gifford Homestead, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at The Hickman Bridge Trail.
