I have not yet looked into the history of monks bath, but it will be interesting to find out. Worthwhile stop along the coastal road anyway. You will need decent footwear to walk on the sharp rocks. Similarly I would not recommend going swimming here for the same reason.

Fantastic watering hole... with amazing sharp rock formations. You can see the history of seashells and coral throughout the rock. Where water shoes and swim around depending on the tide.
