Observe and inspect marine life at Coral World Ocean Park, an "open-water" site based around a system of tanks fed by ocean waters. A highlight is an 80,000 gallon open tank that allows wildlife in from above as well as by water. The park offers humerous sea lion shows, as they perform with skilled trainers, and touch pools with various creatures. Pick up snacks and refreshments in the shark bar. Be sure to descend to the depths of the undersea observatory to take in life on a natural coral reef 4.5 m (15 ft) below the surface. Planning East End trip won't be overwhelming when you use Inspirock's itinerary maker.

  • We went to Coral world more than 15 years ago and it was pretty good then and still fairly good now. It is still recovering from the hurricane but they are doing a decent job. They seem to be focusing on encounters which are a little pricey. The free talks they do which sometimes go along with feeding are good. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There food was pretty good (hot ham and cheese sandwich). You need to be careful of how many cruise ships are in town because a favorite destination is Coki beach and Coral world.
  • The basic park is worth visiting without any upgrades!!! We enjoyed the whole day there for $23. We feed the fish, watched the dolphin show, feed the Ray's, and walked in the underwater observatory and were educated about the marine life!!! A Great Day!!! I recommend everyone to do this. Very few steps.
