    While this visitor center is relatively small by NPS standards, it has everything that one would want out of a visitor center: park exhibits, friendly and helpful staff, maps/resources, restrooms...

    Great place to stop and get your bearings and learn about the island. Good information available for charters, personal boat rentals and many other activities and destinations.Pro tip: I recommend renting a Dinghy and exploring St John from the water (bring your snorkeling/scuba gear)

    They open at 9am, but they were open by the time we arrived off the barge at 8:45am. Knowledgeable ranger told us about things/places to see. Some parking available for 1 hour. You can get your passport stamps for both the USVI National Park and Coral Reef National Monument. They don't have any geodetic marker items.
