  • I toured here 15 or 16 years ago and had a great experience, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I took my 70 year old mother today as she had never been and always wanted go. Wasn’t the greatest experience this time. Obviously we had the same tour guide that some others here had. One lady was super sweet and courteous, but we didn’t have her. And thanks for her being there. The shorter lady with grey hair was ours and she was rushing through and being rude and cranky, I hated asking questions almost immediately, as every answer we got was sarcastic and we were talked down to.Also there were signs stating take all the pictures you want, but when I tried to take a photo of a certain photo , she objected and talked down to me as if I were trash, I did not appreciate it. She was also us watching as if we were shoplifters. Doubt I will ever return or recommend the museum to anyone else. I hate this, because I truly enjoy visiting. Luckily my mom still enjoyed going and wasn’t as disappointed as much as I expected her to be, but still this hurt me as I really wanted it to be an enjoyable experience, especially my mom.
  • Had a great time on the tour! Got my own big stick! 😎
