  • Great Louisiana history with interesting exhibits and artifacts. Much enjoyed everything. There is no admission fee. It is a great way to spend an hour or two.

  • Well maintained museum.
  • Miss Pat and her colleague Miss Glenda were so helpful. I traveled down to Louisiana to do research for a novel i am writing. they answered my many questions plus gave me so much information and insight into the history of the Alexandria area. they definitely helped me in my pursuit of knowledge and history. Pat said they are moving to another building, one that once was a church. i would like to go down there again in a couple of years and see the finished product. when i was there, things were slightly in disarray due to the moving process.
