  • We had a good time at the winter park. We took the kids on a weekday, so initially not too crowded. We sprang for the igloo, which was pricey, but added a lot to the experience. Even though there.....  more »

  • My family had a fun afternoon here. My 6 year old son, 10 year old nephew and my 34 year old husband all had a great time even with rainy weather. There were slides for different adventure levels. There is also a zip line you can pay $6 extra to go on. We enjoyed the slides and zip line. Note, they close zip line if there’s lightning. They do have a lift to get up the hill for tubing, which is basically an escalator like at the airport that’s all one piece but instead of flat goes uphill. You get a good workout hauling your tube around so be prepared for that and also bring the best water proof clothes and boots you have. A one piece/bib is best to not get your back all wet. They have a rental place on the property in case you forget the right equipment as well. They also sell snacks. The usual unhealthy kind so eat before you go if you don’t want any of that.
  • I absolutely loved this park. We went with a large group of family members ranging from toddlers to youth age. We all had fun and really enjoyed. There's a lot to do here. We did skiing, tubing. Tubing offers several lanes like bowling lanes. Lanes have different heights from small to higher depending on age. For example, for our 3 year old we chose a lower lane not too high so she could tube safely. We went in December and there was plenty of snow in New Mexico at that time but they also produced artificial snow to have more fun in the park. This park is conveniently located on the main highway so can be easily seen. Its opened at night too with lots of lights. They have pizza, burgers, fries, coffee, popcorn, several food options. Restrooms are clean but during crowded days they can be very dirty.
