  • First time at a hockey game and it was great. The three stars reflects the staff at Honda Center. It would have been 5 stars but the service received in section 303 was the main reason for 3 stars. I do have to mention Bill the greeter in the section definitely deserves 5 stars for his customer service. But the server taking orders in the section would get no stars. My son and I arrived earlier before the game started. There were only few guests in the section but the server approached all of them with superb customer service. But failed to even make eye contact with my son and I or to acknowledge we were in the section. Being out first time there and our hockey game, the experience was tarnished because of the one server who avoided us. That is what it felt like. I would advise the management team to really encourage their servers to really connect with all guests. After this experience, I don't think I would return to the Honda Center.
  • The legendary Honda-Center with the very legendary Anaheim-Ducks. The Center is very clean and perfect organised. There is good food, good drinks and and atmosphere you have to explore once in a lifetime. Everyone in this place is very open minded and talks to each other, watching a game is just so much fun - i promise. Grab a drink, some fries and enjoy. One additional thing: Restrooms were never overcrowded, which i think is quiet cool.
