  • We walked in on a Sunday and it was virtually empty! Learned so much about how Michigan was formed and the animals who lived in the Ice Age! So much fun!

  • We had a wonderful time. It is a great place to walk around and learn for an hour or so. My 5 YO and 3 YO enjoyed walking around and looking at all the dino history. We were also lucky enough to be there when scientists had tables out explaining what they were researching. My kids really enjoyed the snake and fish people. Highly enjoyable.
  • Absolutely fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Our whole family enjoys the many displays, dioramas, hands-on sections, and informational boards. Lots of interactive sections but even the static displays allow you to explore and learn. Be sure to set aside time (and money) for the planetarium which is very much worthwhile.
