Salty Buddha Paddle & Yoga Co, Anna Maria

We had a great time and appreciated the pictures! Neither of us had experience with paddle boarding and little yoga experience but our instructor made it surprisingly easy and fun! Only reason for not 5 stars, sandals and sunglasses were stolen out of the basket left at the dock.. it’s not the companies fault but maybe a different plan for personal articles is needed. The parking lot is only for the museum so we had to park a good walk away and I wouldn’t of wanted to leave my shoes in the car and walk to the launch sight barefoot.

Wonderful beginning to our holiday! I had never been on a paddle board and Rachel’s approach to gently introducing the board with yoga practice was excellent. She always provided alternatives to moves and allowed time at end to explore other moves of your choice. Beatiful and peaceful morning. And as an added bonus, Rachel’s suggestions for restaurants and other activities were spot on coming from lifelong resident of the island!
