  • Our family has been spending Easter day at the park since 1960 or 61. It was always a great time to visit, eat (tables and tables of food), egg hunt, throw eggs contest , baseball, bocce ball. Family....  more »
  • Fantastic time at Park Pond with trees and birds on a rainy evening. It was peaceful. The peacocks of course was another reason to visit.  more »
  • What a wonderful Park. And it's free parking, if you want to see the sights on Lake Apopka one of the largest lakes I've seen. Beautiful Park, beautiful grounds, Wildlife abounds, and they have Pavilions if you want a picnic. There's also a campground if you want to camp out.
  • Nice place to unwind catch a few fish with a public restrooms. Lots of history for the history enthusiasts. This location has boat access in case you want to launch your boat. Lots of parking available. Some benches to sit
