Noble Cider Reviews
Our first stop once we got to Asheville was Noble. They were closed when we were there last time. My husband discovered this cider at a beer festival in our hometown. It was early afternoon so they we... more »

I am always on a quest for a great hard cider and I found some here! We have been living in North Carolina for a few months, but we were not familiar with this brand. This past weekend, we happened to eat at an Italian restaurant in Lake Lure that carried Noble Cider and we greatly enjoyed it. I figured we should try to hit up the brewery while in town. Noble Cider is located in an unassuming warehouse building. We were quickly greeted and placed our order with a friendly lady. The vibe inside is cool, there was seating at the bar, as well as some comfier spots. My absolute favorite hard cider EVER is Vermont's Citizen Cider the Dirty Mayor which is ginger infused. I'm always on a quest for a good runner up with that same combo and I think I finally found it here. I loved the taste of their Golden Arrow cider, if you like ginger you must try this. My husband had the Village Tart which is a cherry cider, I figured I wouldn't like it, but it's quite good. They did sell their cider in 4 packs and growlers as well, but we picked some up at the local grocery store. I will definitely be seeking more of this out in the Raleigh area, it's delicious. If you are looking for more great hard cider in this region, I'd suggest hitting up Bold Rock too.
My favorite cider place ever! I didn't even know I liked cider until I came here years ago. The staff is amazing, there are great events throughout the week and it's just a great space overall. Spice Merchant and Golden Arrow a re my favorite standards but they always have fun small batch and seasonal ciders to try.
