  • Great visit in fall. Beautiful little nature preserve and amazing staff. Ask them when they’re feeding the birds of prey, it’s fun to watch! We were so happy with our visit. Did the jr. Naturalist...

  • A nice visit to the preserve in the middle of Aspen. Beautiful nature walk and friendly staff. ACES also provides free guided walks on top of Aspen Mountain and at the Maroon Lake trailhead.

  • My boyfriend and I went snow shoeing with ACES one afternoon last month. Grace was our guide - it was obvious she was very well versed in the local plants, animals, geography, etc. A great way to spend a morning or afternoon!
  • Took a snowshoeing adventure today! Sam was our guide. He was friendly and we really enjoyed him sharing his passion for what he does and the space we were exploring! Great way to start the day!
