Not sure how this is called a "park" ... but sure, it's nice to stroll around a bit and sit on one of the benches to contemplate life for a little while. Don't expect tranquility and silence though! This is a couple thousand square feet rectangle in a relative busy section of downtown Astoria with a road at two of its sides.
Small park. Beautiful sitting area. I like to park here for the Sunday market. There was one homeless guy over flowing with his belongings, he never bothered me or my children.
