Spent a delightful few days here. Such a beautiful oasis for a retreat. The grounds are beautiful, the history is fascinating, the buildings are wonderfully old. All this is only superseded by the beauty of the sisters who live here. In the presence of their hospitality my heart relaxes and I am reminded of Jesus. In my opinion, it would benefit anyone's heart to step outside of the furor of life for a space and savor the slower pace of monastic life with these beautiful sisters.

This place may just be the midwest's best kept secret. The sister's garden, keep bees, harness solar energy and support good things. The grounds and the buildings are simply awe inspiring. I love this place.
