  • Volunteers are wonderful! I visited with a friend from out of town to do some sketching in the garden and walked around to see what it has to offer. This is truly a beautiful space and I can't wait to see it in the spring when everything is in bloom. Pat, an employee there, was very poised and graceful-- I could talk to her all day. She informed me of lots of events that are coming up and took the time to chat with me before exploring the gardens.
  • What a great experience! My wife and I came here on a whim since we were waiting for our dog at the vet, got here about noon. Amazingly enough it's free, rhey only ask for a "suggested donation of $2" buy its a drop box, no one is asking you for a donation. We were really very surprised, as this place is almost on par with places like the Atlanta Botanical Garden (not quite but still very impressive). There are wonderful sights to see, beautiful foliage even in the winter, lots of interactive things for kids to do including an awesome play ground. Parking is excellent and ample. If I could I would come here every day; very wonderful and relaxing. Employees were all very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!
